Hello Ham Farms. Really been enjoying your sweet potatoes and was preparing some in a glass baking dish for dinner tonight. Your know sometimes peeling potatoes is a thankless job. As I picked up the last one I cut the stem end and here's what I saw - the perfect smiley face. Will send picture with email next. Thanks for all the good food.
