Hello. I love you sweet potatoes, but I find it upsetting how each sweet potato is individually wrapped in plastic at my local Stop and Shop. What is the purpose of this if potato’s already have a protective layer? In the current climate crisis, I think it is important to put these things into consideration. Extra plastic can be very unhealthy for our bodies (especially when microwaved) and harmful for the environment in a number of ways. I love your products but since I’ve become more aware of the implications of a persons purchases I am afraid I will no longer be buying these sweet potatoes unless they are not wrapped in plastic.
