To whom it may concern: I purchased 6 bags of the steamed yams. I buy them all of the time for church functions. However, this time around, well over 75% of the yams were rotten. This was both inconvenient and a complete waste of money. I called your company's contact number but was transferred over to another line where no one ever answered the phone.
