Good Afternoon, I am Kiarra McCoy, the Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator at Neuse Enterprises, Inc. I am currently providing job coaching to people that are ready for and enthusiastic about employment. As a job coach, I provide on the job support to the people that I work with, including attending their interview and shadowing them at work to ensure that they are meeting the standards of the company.
