Hello From Iceland, My Name is Erling Proppé. I am the owner of M2K import. For the past year we have been thinking about how to solve a problem and how to execute an idea that we have had for a while. That idea is - Sliced approximately 1.5cm thick slices, Pre boiled, Sweet Potatoes, vacuum packed for freshness and shelf life. There would be many types. With and without marinade. We have a fast growing health industry here in Iceland and people are more and more grabbing things that are ready or almost ready. Things that will make life easier. Sweet potatoes are a much loved addition to the healthy diets. - the non marinade would be mainly thought for that market. Then we have the grilling season, summer. Here in Iceland we mainly sell pre-marinaded meats in packets ready for grilling. We would also like to make some varieties of pre marinaded sliced sweet potatoes for grilling. - Garlic, Rosemary, black pepper and salt for instance. We are looking for a manufacturer for us to do this and eventually distribute in Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and hopefully UK as well. - We have made some research and this is not available were we have checked.
